1.        Telecom PM Job Adv.

Position Summary
We are currently searching for Telecom Project Manager who will aggressively manage our business telecom operations and manage the overall business relationship with our current and new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for interaction with all Sales and Operations departments to ensure the successful execution of all projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

Leadership and Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and clear customer centric direction for the assigned account team on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for monthly timesheet approval, expense approval, scheduling of vacation time, and management of sick leave and absences.
  • Create employee development plans, provide coaching, address disciplinary, and employee concerns.
  • Respond with a sense of urgency when receiving customer correspondence that suggests customer satisfaction or retention is in jeopardy.
  • Communicate values, strategy, and company objectives to all assigned team members in an effective manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or any related field (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred).
  • +5 years’ experience in telecommunication field in a managerial position.
  • Telecom Technical background is necessary.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • PMP Certification.
  • +3 Years in telecom Project management or IT coordination.

  • Lead the execution of enterprise-wide service development strategies and tactics, including analysis, planning, development and transition to operations as well as business process change management.
  • Manage both internal and client-side project resources to execute, manage and control projects successfully
  • Drive identification of requirements across business units.
  • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes and convert strategies to roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Set and meet clear milestones for project delivery.
  • Adhere to administrative, reporting and risk SLA's for projects.
  • Work closely with technical and product development teams across business units to ensure alignment of all development activities associated with projects.
  • Work closely with other stakeholder teams across business units (e.g., sales, finance, security, compliance) to ensure our approach aligns with key business processes and activities and that business leadership feels ownership of IT deliverables.

3-       Telecom Engineer Job Adv.:

 

Position Summary

Telecom Installation engineers in MTC contributes to the hard work, dedication and persistence of MTC technical team in a good work environment. They experience intense aspects of finalizing technical onsite jobs by applying their own team leadership techniques and problem solving techniques.

 

To Join our team, the following requirements should be available in you:

·         Proficiency with general mobile installation.

·         Education: Bachelor degree of telecommunication engineering or any related fields.

·         Training: CCNA knowledge, CCNA certified will be more preferred.

·         Good working knowledge of Microwave links (Ericson TN, Nokia, Siae) and BTS Cabinets 2G and 3G (Ericson, Nokia, Huawei).

·         Basic working experience: 2 Years of mobile installation for of Microwave links (Ericson TN, Nokia, Siae) and BTS Cabinets 2G and 3G (Ericson, Nokia, Huawei).

·         Good understanding of networking, Working onsite environment.

·         Basic understanding of team work, leadership techniques and working under pressure.

·         Basic Skills: good communication skills, Working under pressure.

·         Basic Abilities: Able to travel.
